  Tantric techniques for completing the full body massage - to be followed
  with some techniques & tips on doing a body scrub and find out how to
  really get squeaky-clean without feeling like someone used steel wool on
  you. \n \nBring pen & paper if you wish to make notes\, and be sure to
  bring massage lotion\, gel\, or oil & towels\, too\, so you can try
  doing some massage yourself! \n \nYou're also welcome to bring a
  store-bought body scrub\, or even go the simple way with granulated
  sugar or salt.  -Plus\, we'll have some Japanese cloths for same that
  work with any shower gel or bodywash. \n \nWe plan to have an instructor
  working a subject\, and coordinating with an instructional video for the
  massage portion. \n \nIf you'd like to volunteer to be demonstrated on\,

  embarrassed if you should get an erection during a massage (or scrub\,
  either) - This is just your body's way of saying you are enjoying the

  bring massage lotion\, gel\, or oil & towels\, too\, so you can try

  is the following Thur.\, 8/12\, and we have a lot of other July & August
  birthdays in the club\, too!) \n \nIn honor of Summer birthdays\, the
  club will provide a dessert of some kind.  (We'll also provide cups\,
  plates\, napkins\, flatware\, etc.) \n \nAnd being a potluck event\, if
  you want in on the potluck dinner which we plan to serve around 4pm\,
  please bring one of the items to share as follows: \n* Some kind of meat
  to grill (IE: hamburgers\, hotdogs\, or whatever's in your budget - to
  feed 4 or more men) \n* Another main dish/entree (to feed 4+) \n* Side
  dish (serve 6 or more) \n* Salad (serve 6+) \n* Chips (3 9-16 oz. bags\,
  or 2- 20+ oz.\, of assorted types - 1 or 2 can bring\, nothing hot
  unless only 1 of 3 or more types) \n* Ice (clean\, suggest 20 lbs.\,
  which is cheap at Walmart\, Sams Club\, or Costco - we only need 1 of
  these from someone coming for sure if 20#) \n \nPlan to spend around $5
